The Cabot Repeater is back on the air and is linked.
The Williamstown repeater saw some improvement today with the addition of a new preamp, preselector and a small bump in transmitter power. Although some final adjustments still need to be made, the repeater is now “keyable” with a 5 watt radio in Plattsburgh, NY, and should play well throughout central Vermont. Please give it a try and I welcome your feedback.
The Corporate Cup Footrace is scheduled for May 17th. Anyone interested in helping with the radio network should contact Fred Doten, N1OEP.
The Cabot Repeater (146.820) is off the air and slated for replacement. The new repeater should be on the air and linked soon. The new repeater will use the same frequency and ctcss tones.
